Rising 9th Grader Health / PE
Summer 2010

Collins Hill Community School is currently taking registration for

Rising 9th Grade Health and PE( Introduction to Lifetime Fitness) classes.

These classes are offered to Rising 9th Graders ONLY

The cost of each class is $225.00

Classes will begin on June 1 through June 30, 2010, Monday through Thursday

with PE at 7:10 a.m. -10:35 a.m. and Health from 11:00 a.m.-2:25 p.m.

Deadline for registration is March 2, 2010

Please contact the Community School office to receive information on how to obtain a registration form. Our office hours are 1:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Our office number is 770-682-4132. Registration forms are also available in the FRONT office at Collins Hill High School- these forms must be returned to CHCS.
